Details

1. In this campaign, customers have the opportunity to win Deep Fridge every day and other attractive gifts every hour by making transactions through Nagad and participating through the Nagad app.
2. To be eligible to win a gift under this campaign, a customer must complete a payment transaction of at least BDT 500 (online payment/offline payment/bill payment) or a mobile recharge of at least BDT 100.
3. Once a customer completes the above-mentioned transaction during the campaign period, they will become eligible to win gifts throughout the entire campaign.
4. To be included in the preliminary list of winners, the Nagad customer must click on the “Nagad-e Jitun” button inside the Nagad app after making a transaction.
5. After clicking the “Nagad-e Jitun” button and being included in the preliminary winner list, the customer must submit their details (name, address) through a designated form. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from becoming a final winner.
6. Final winners will be selected through verification based on the information provided by preliminary winners. In this regard, Nagad’s customer service will contact the winners.
7. Every hour, from 03:00 PM to 08:00 PM daily, one customer will be selected as a winner through the “Nagad-e Jitun” button on the Nagad app.
8. The campaign will continue until the day before Eid-ul-Adha.
9. To participate in this campaign, the customer’s Nagad account must be active and full profile.
10. Nagad customers can participate in this campaign only through the Nagad app.
11. If a customer is found to be on the preliminary winner list through any fraudulent means, Nagad reserves the right to cancel their prize upon verification.
12. If a gift winner is unable to collect the gift on the date and location specified by Nagad Customer Service or is absent, their gift will be considered forfeited.
13. By participating in the campaign, winners agree that Nagad may use their photos and videos for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, without any additional permission or compensation.
14. Nagad reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these terms and conditions, or to cancel the campaign entirely without prior notice.
15. Any decisions related to this campaign will be made by Nagad, and Nagad’s decision will be considered final.
