Terms and Conditions

  • Customers will get Cashback upon successfully subscribing via bKash Payment through the Payment Gateway (Tokenized, Checkout Payment).
  • Any bKash customer with an active account status and sufficient balance can successfully make payments from their account and get the Cashback.
  • The customer’s account status and incoming transactions must be active to be eligible for Cashback. If Cashback distribution fails due to account status issues, the customer will not be eligible for Cashback under this offer.
  • If Cashback disbursement fails due to any unknown/unexpected reasons other than the customer's account status issue, bKash will attempt to deliver the Cashback in three intervals within 2 months after the campaign period ends. If this fails, no further attempts will be made, and the customer will no longer be considered eligible for Cashback.
  • Customer must successfully make payments from their bKash account to the selected merchant wallet during the campaign period to get the Cashback.
  • bKash reserves the right to change/modify the rules and conditions of the offer, merchant/outlet participation, or cancel the entire campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • If any specific transaction and/or customer's transaction activity creates a reasonable suspicion that the customer has misused the offer benefits, bKash reserves the right to cancel the customer's Cashback benefit.
  • If the merchant cannot ensure product availability and delivery, bKash will not be responsible. bKash only provides payment services to the customer. If the merchant refunds the price due to failure to deliver the product correctly, bKash is not obligated to restore the customer's Cashback limit for that specific transaction. 
  • If a customer makes a wrong payment, bKash will review the matter after verifying the validity of the customer’s claim, after the campaign period has ended.
