Despite fulfilling all the terms and conditions under this campaign and being eligible for the cashback, and the cashback is not received due to any unknown reason, Nagad will provide the said cashback within 30 working days after the end of the campaign. In this case, any transaction-related dispute will be resolved in accordance with the prevailing procedures.

9. If any participants are found to manipulate or conduct any suspicious transactions or activity to avail or win instant cashback under the campaign, they will be considered disqualified from this campaign.
