1. Nagad customers will be eligible to enjoy a discount of up to BDT 1,000 on selected Full Board Package rates at Sarah Resort Limited by making payment through their Nagad account

2. This campaign offer will be applicable to all Nagad users on both weekdays and weekends. This offer will not be applicable on blackout dates and holidays

3. Customers will be eligible to avail the discount by making the payment through the Nagad App or *167# (USSD)

4. Customers may avail this discount multiple times throughout the campaign period by fulfilling all the terms and conditions of this campaign and in accordance with the merchant's offer policy

5. All package inclusions, exclusions, additional charges, booking policies, cancellation policies, and other applicable terms and conditions shall be determined and provided solely by Sarah Resort Limited

6. To be eligible for this campaign, customers must have an active Full Profile Nagad account

7. This campaign is applicable to existing Regular and Islamic Profile customers

8. This campaign will be valid from 1 July, 2026 to 31 July, 2026

9. Sarah Resort Limited shall be solely liable for the discount ,products, quality, services, and information associated with this campaign. Nagad shall only be responsible as the payment service provider

10. Any participant found to have manipulated or conducted suspicious transactions or activities to avail the discount, under this campaign shall be disqualified from the campaign

11. Nagad reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel this campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice

12. Any decision made by Nagad regarding this campaign shall be at the sole discretion of Nagad and shall be deemed final

Terms and Conditions

Nagad announces that:

i. Nagad or its authorized representative shall not, at any point, request you to disclose your One-time Password (OTP) or Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your Nagad Account,

ii. It shall not ask you to make any payment to anyone whatsoever, and

iii. Nagad shall not compel or persuade any person to participate in this campaign. Therefore, the person participating in this campaign with his/her full consent at their sole discretion.

vi. Nagad shall not be responsible for any loss or damages whatsoever for any of the reasons listed above or any other actions from a third party.
